We require a credit card to be held on file to reserve all appointments. In the event vou would need to cancel an appointment, requires a 48 hour notice or you will be charged a percentage of your service. For any cancellations less than 48 hours the reserved credit card will be charged 50% of the scheduled service, for cancellations 24 hours or less the reserved credit card will be charged 75% of the scheduled service. Appointments that are 15 min+ late will have a cancellation fee will apply. Thank you for understanding our policy. It is in place to respect the time of the artists as well as other clients waiting for appointments.  All deposits will be non-transferable if appointment is no-showed or canceled beyond the 48 hour policy.
